Meet The Chef
I'm the 4th generation in my family's hospitality legacy, tracing back to my great grandmother who initiated our wedding catering business in Rome. Guided by my grandmother and mother, both seasoned wedding caterers, I learned the art of pasta-making at the age of 8.
Having crafted pasta in numerous countries and explored diverse cuisines in over 12 nations, including Spain, Greece, and South Africa, I've honed my skills. My culinary journey has taken me through various London establishments, from restaurants and sport stadiums to corporate offices. With years of experience, including serving as the executive head chef for the International Department of Trade Ministry, I've conducted numerous pasta and pizza masterclasses.
To elevate my culinary expertise, I enrolled in Cordon Bleu, aspiring to reach the pinnacle of the culinary world. Today, I'm leveraging my extensive background to curate unique dining experiences in London and beyond. My passion for exceptional food and continuous learning is indebted to my family, especially my grandmother and mother, who instilled in me the values of good food, hard work, and happiness.
